no instance launched and limit of instances

OS : Fedora14 x86_64

When i try to launch code blocks, it acts like another instance is already launched (i haven't configured it to allow more than one instance) but no instance of codeblocks is launched.

I think it happened after i shut down my computer but i didn't close code blocks.

At restart, the problem appeard.
