GUI messed up

I installed the codeblocks-10.05mingw-setup on a win 7

ultimate 64 bit

when I start the compiler all the text appears as if shown on a mirror from right to left instead of left to right I looked for some way yo fix it trough properties or the view menu but it didn't work.

any suggestions.
