Scripted Wizard for wxSmith Author fails on some chars

Problem exists on 10.05 and 14 November 2010 build (6846).

If you enter "Tiń" as author name in wizard the source files are not created right. In my case they were not added to project and when adding manually they were blank.

qrees posted that "ęąśłżźćń" were causing the problem; I only tested "ń".
