`Build workspace` doesn't envoke makefile generator plugin

I use QtHelper plugin, that generates makefile based on C::B project.

When I select `build workspace` or `build` project with dependencies QtHelper plugin is invoked only for active project - for others was reported something like `'makefile': no such file or directory`.
