Scrolling Unresponsive on Mac OS 10.6.4

The scrolling is unresponsive on Mac OS 10.6.4 with codeblocks 10.05. When I scroll (on a Macbook Pro), only 1 or 2 lines are moved in the code editor. I get roughly the same movement like when I use ctrl+arrow up/down .
