Configuration windows messed up

I'm using FreeBSD 8-STABLE and Code::Blocks 10.05. The problem i've met is nasty vertical scroll bar, which makes configuration windows almost completely unusable. Here is some screenshots:

It looks, that stretching in Project Configuration window is caused by too many files in project. Howewer, Environment Configuration windows suffers from same issue.
