Wrong file is executed

I've got two different projects in a workplace. When I compile one of those, the other project is compiled, but the output name is the one of the project I compiled. So this project file is not taken, but the one of another project in the workplace. So I found a way to go around that bug: I change something in the source of the project which is not compiled and then the right one gets compiled. But when I don't do that, always the other project is compiled and run. It's hard to say how it came to that (all other projects work well)
