Properties Window too large

The project properties window is unreasonably large (vertically it nearly fills the whole screen with a lot of unused space at the bottom in most tabs). Horizontal size seems to be okay.

Ubuntu 9.04, 64 bit

Note: There is a report, that this happens on Windows too.
