Incompatibility with Keyboard (Canada Multilingue Standard)

Impossible to write down this caracter '<' on the code::block text editor...

To write it I need to:

- open another application including a text editor

- write the caracter '<'

- copie it

- paste it on code::block

In a qwerty keyboard the button to write this are :

'Alt' + '.'

(the second button is a dot)
