F11 no longer creates missing source files

Before the 10th Oct 2009 nightly build (5859) if you performed the following:

1. Create a header file (test.h)

2. Open the header file

3. Press F11

You would be prompted to create test.cpp and then asked to add it to the project etc.

This has stopped working. F11 does nothing in this case.
