This bug relates to the property page of a file.

There are two things that are not correct in my comprehension:

1. If you write down a date in english format (with slashes) the format should be "MM/DD/YYYY" (even if it's stupid...).

If you want to use the format "DD.MM.YYYY" then you should use dots as seperators instead of slashes.

2. The time values have no leading zeroes.

In the date format it is not so bad due to the slashes but on the time it looks ugly.

13:5:6 looks not so good as 13:05:06.
