Code::Blocks seems to protect the .o and .exe files

Code::Blocks seems to protect the binary (.o) and executable (.exe) files , so compiling a new version of the application fails ,even if no error is reported. I need to move the files since they can't be erased or changed. This bug happens on windows vista 32 bits.
