highlight not working with svn revision 5730 - refresh issue

Hello,

I'm having the following problem with revision 5730 under ubuntu 9.10 GNU/Linux (wxWidgets version: 2.8.9 from ubuntu official package).

When I select a word in the editor if there are any matches with that word in the file they should be usually highlighted. Unfortunatelly this doesn't happen like it should, but only when the entire windows is refreshed again. Example of stuff I should do to have highlighing well drawn in the editor:

- minimize, restore

- or after I move a window above the editor window

- any other stuff that force the repaint event to be called
