AStyle removes debugger break points.
Whenever I reformat my code, all my breakpoints in that particular source file disappear. I am using AStyle version 1.21.

Not happened in the current nightly build in Windows.

Have not tested the latest nightly build, but happens on unbuntu 64 bit. Codeblocks build: April 19, 2009, wx2.8.9 (Linux, unicode)

I confirm this on Code::Blocks svn revision 5891 with Ubuntu 9.10 Karmic RC 32 bits.

This bug is now fixed in HEAD.
