SDL wizard does not work

When I choose File/New/Project/SDL project in CodeBlocks it does not like the SDL directory I point out. I think it's because the new version of SDL has an additional subfolder in the include directory.

I run Windows XP in a virtual box under ubuntu jaunty jackalope with sdl version 1.2.13
