Menubar wizard forgets header

Sometimes when I add an item to the menubar the wizard doesn't add the item to the header file so the compiler complains about declaration. When I add it manually the compiled application crashes when the item is used. When I delete the menuitem entirely, close the wizard and add it again all goes well. So the error isn't entirely reproducible.
