Bug in Changebar
using the latest nightly 5382 on Windows XP SP3 I'm observing the following bug (possibly)
a) Create a new file, say foo.c, in a project edit it and save it. All the changebar is green now.
b) Copy (Ctrl-C) a text from a different source file and copy (CTRL-V) in the foo.c
I'm expecting to get the pasted text with an orange (well, not green) changebar, instead of getting the green changebar for the pasted text.

This bug is now fixed in HEAD.
