.inl files always get compiled and linked.

Current behavior: When adding a .inl file into a project, by default, it gets the "Compile" and "Link" options set as true. It is possible to manually disable the compiling and linking, but for a large project, this gets very tedious.

Expected behavior: .inl files should be treated as .h files.
