To create a new project when you are at homepage.
Starting from the homepage, try this.
Click in Create New Project (Icon) ->Build Targets->WxWidgets, and the error happens.
Error: You need to open (or create) a project first!

Correct step is -
"Create New Project (Icon) ->Projects->WxWidgets"
