CC display masks Debug expression

A minor, but annoying, problem occasionally results when using both (1) the CC 'Display info when hovering mouse over token in the editor' and (2) the Debugger 'Evaluate expression under cursor'. The Debug tooltip expression is often masked by the CC display.

There may be many ways of avoiding this, but one simple approach could be to always display the Debug tooltip below the cursor and the CC display above it - or vice versa.
