custom makefile: build/clean workspace does not work

Using custom makefiles, "build/clean/rebuild workspace" commands don't work.

"Clean" would just stop after the first project.

"Build" builds the first project correctly using the custom makefile, but then would build the same project once more using it's own internal make system (which fails of course)

Using binary release for win32 (8.02 from Feb 2008)
