Symbols browser freezing Code::Blocks

In the symbols browser, opening the root node, most likely after closing it, causes the entire symbols tree to be re-parsed.

In small projects, this is not bad, but in big projects, like Code::Blocks, this can lead to the whole application frozen until the re-parsing is complete.

Instead, it should use the information it already has, re-parsing being possible on demand.
