Cannot input cyrillic characters after backward cursor move

When I try to use cyrillic characters for comments in editor, letters stop to show after any backward cursor move (e.g. after Backspace key press, or Left arrow key). To continue typing I must switch keyboard layout to en_US and back to ru_RU.

When using english layout only, no problem occurs.

Maybe it's wxscintilla component bug?
