Messy dialog for editor settings

Environment:

- C::B svn 5076

- wxMSW 2.8.7 Unicode

- MinGW (gnu-gcc 3.4.5 vista-patched)

- Windows Vista Home Premium 32 bits

I'm using the 'No icons, just text" option for the settings dialogs (Settings -> Environment -> View -> Settings icons size).

I didn't noticed this until svn 5076 complete rebuild from C::B svn 5067, so I can't specify when has appeared this issue. In any case, in previous builds the dialog frame for Settings -> Editor was shown without problems. Now, it's shown as you can see in the following capture, messing up all the categories:

BTW, the other settings dialogs appear as always.
