Move debian/ directory out of the way

I'm packaging codeblocks for Ubuntu, and the upstream debian/ directory is in the way, so the original tarball has to be repacked.

Please rename it to something like debian-upstream. If you want to automate upstream .deb builds, you can use a system similar to the one used by smplayer.
