infinite loop when opening with associated external editor

Windows only:

Simply put, this will be caused if the associated editor is in fact codeblocks.

Reproduce by:

-Try to open a file in project which codeblocks doesn't know about and doesn't have an editor associated to it on windows.

-File doesn't open a dialog at all, but if you try to open the file on windows, and set codeblocks to be it's associated editor on windows, codeblocks will then try to open it in associated editor, which is codeblocks, which leads to a hangup and crash.
