Evalute expression under cursor

How to produce:

Enable "Evalute expression under cursor" option under "Compiler and debugger" settings.

Go to debug mode, try to add watch using left-mouse-button context menu. Context menu appear, then disappear and tooltip with expression shown.

I think you should not show tooltip while context menu shown.
