CB partable version, run on new OS...
CB partable version, run on new OS, the default conf can not load.
I am use C::B 8.02.
Release 8.02 (2008-02-27 19:55:16) gcc 4.2.1 Windows/unicode
when i delete 'C:\Documents and Settings\User\Application Data\codeblocks', C::B work fine!

I don't understand a word from what you are trying to day. C::B portable requires the default.conf file ONLY within the C::B application,path. Not within "Documents and Settings"...
What does "New OS" mean? Please clarify a bit more. C::B portable is working just fine for all users so far, including me.
