can't lock window

I can't lock any subwindow back into the layout once moved in ion3

a subwindow is sth like "open files list" or "management", one of those things with that colored bar at the top.

also, if i disable the window and enable it back, it runs away from my mouse until its size is zero and it becomes invisble..
