Dialogs in Linux not keyboard-accessible

in Linux, sometimes i get a popup dialog with "Yes", "no", etc. Like when search and replacing.

Unfortunately, if I press 'y', nothing happens. I have to click with the mouse, and unfortunately, I'm currently suffering from RSI, which is terribly painful.

Please fix this before the release! Thanks :)
