wrong shortcut in popupmenu

remapping of keyboard shortcuts are not reflected in the popupmenu.

steps to reproduce:

1. remap 'Menu Bar/Build/Build' to 'F7'

2. save settings

3. right-click on a project

the build entry in the popupmenu has still 'Ctrl-F9' but

Ctrl-F9' isn't working
