items color not changing

c::b revison 4596

changing an items foreground or background color in the properties editor is broken. the editor itself functions, but the changes are not translated into the code.

an item with changed colors from a earlyer version of c::b show this in the editor and maintains it in the code, it is even possible to dublicate the item with ctrl-c and ctrl-v and it shows up as original in code.

affects only newly created items.
