ToolBar editor

filling in the field "Tool tip" in the toolbar editor does not have any effect as it seems. the text entered does not show the next time opening the editor and the compiled toolbar does not show the tooltip.

it does show the tooltip if it is inserted through the properties panel.

using nightly 4550 on windows xp with wxwidgets 2.8.4
