Code Completion failing to parse properly files in library

The code completion plugin fails to properly parse files that have been included in the header/source file.

A quick example of how to reproduce this bug is by creating a new SDL project and trying to get code completion to display SDL_Init(); fuction the way it is spelled. Completion window only brings up capital case functions.

Please fix this up, any time soon.
