Tooltip/Function info window does not go away

Build 4368 (Aug 7, 2007) for Windows.

It seems to happen when the mouse cursor hovers over an object as I type somewhere else. The tooltip popup display does not go away. Even when I put another application window on top of C::B - the tooltip window is always topmost.

Two ways around this:

1. Exit C::B and restart

2. Turn off 'Display info when hovering mouse over a token in the editor' setting in code-completion.

If this is a duplicate, I apologize. A search on 'tooltip' did not show anything.

I can't see any "monitor this bug" button!

I've committed a fix in revision 4426. I've done few tests and I found it good enough.

In case the problem persists, please reopen this bug-report. Thanks for your feedback.
