Goto ... windows don't have horizontal scrollbar

When a method has a very long prototype (larger than screen width), it is impossible to see the whole decclaration.

Window width can be increased until screen width but not larger.

Adding automatic horizontal scrollbar at window creation could solve the problem.

That's OK, the scrollbar now appears for long items.

The same problem appears in 'Multiple matches' window when using the 'Find implementation' contextual menu item.
