panel without data in resource browser

when adding a panel to a project by using the menu->wxSmith->Add wxPanel the panel shows up under wxPanel in the resource-browser with name given in the creation-dialog. one can create various panels this way.

but you can't delete any one of them. at least i don't find a way of doing so in the resource-browser.

also the panels don't show nothing to configure in the bottom part of the resource-browser. so i can't change even their names...

and a weird thing: clicking on the panels in the ressource-browser sometimes changes the wxSmith toolbar from Standard to Layout and viceversa ??
