unspecific namespace behaviour

There is one open file with two (!) class implementations in it (class A and class B).

In the code completition toolbar are both classes with all its methodes are available. But I just want to see the the class and its methodes where the cursor is.

btw: Why is the first (left) combo-box disabled(grey)?
