Dialogs don't remember their sizes

1. Open a dialog

2. Change its size

3. Close it

4. Open again - size is the initial one, not the size you set.

It's usually inconvenient, for example, for Settings->Compiler and Debugger: this window contains tabs and I usually increase the window width to see all tabs at the same time. Now I need to do it every time I open the dialog - quite annoying.
