TODO list huge memory leak

Version: SVN 4110 (didn't check others)

OS Info: WinXP SP2

Steps to reproduce:

1) Open the Code::Blocks project (codeblocks.cbp)

2) View the todo list

3) Click on "All project files".

4) Click on any todo item in the list.

5) Repeat 3 or 4 times.

Expected behavior: No memory hog.

Observed behavior: 330MB of memory consumption. At one point codeblocks consumed around 600MB of memory!
