Cannot start gdb debugger

I'm an Code::Blocks user from China, There is something wrong when I want to start the debugger.

Bug Description:

My project file is stored in an folder with Chinese Characters(eg. "C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator\®à­±\ºÞ²z¨t统设计\)

PS: It'a folder located in Desktop.

When I use Code::Blocks to debug my project, system tell me it cannot find my source file. So I checked the log and find that the Folder Name with Chinese Chars becomes disorderly code. I guess that your system don't use UNICODE to explain the project path.

It only appears in Chinese or some other East Asian countries, so I hope you can solve this problem in a short time, thanks!
