CodeCompletion should not use Ctrl-PgUp/PgDn

CodeCompletion should not use Ctrl-PgUp/PgDn. Those keys are already defined and used iinternally by wxWidgets for wxNavigationKey and wxControlContainer.

Because those keys are being eaten by CC, wxNoteBook, wxFlatNoteBook and any derivative of wxControlContainer cannot travers its list controls when asked to do so by common controls of windows or GTK.
