Missing focus on "Goto Function" dialog
On Linux, when I opened the "Goto Function" dialog (CTRL+ALT+G) with wxWidgets 2.6.x the text box in the dialog used to have focus.
Since the switch to wx2.8.4 this does not happen anymore.

Please note: this bug holds for "Select file" (ALT+G) too.
Instead, "Goto line" (CTRL+G) works correctly.

This bug is now fixed in HEAD.
