Statusbar location

(Matches WinXP) If opening Code:Blocks maximized,

then the Statusbar is at the wrong Position - not Bottom;

if opened normal sized, all is ok.

This disappears after resizing (e.g. twice doubleclicking on the Titlebar or minimize-maximize).

Nevertheless the Controls behind the Bar are accessible.

rev3473 hadn't this Bug, but rev3977 (and earlier) has.
