Sdk never issues cbEVT_EDITOR_DEACTIVATED
Although defined, the SDK never issues EVT_EDITOR_DEACTIVATED before issuing EVT_EDITOR_ACTIVATED.
This causes plugins tracking editors to contain "active" editor pointers that are NOT active.
