Startup tips block task bar
When starting code blocks with the startup tips enabled prevents the code blocks task bar icon from showing up. This is annoying when I start code blocks with other programs as most are full screen and need to be minimized before the startup tips ca be closed.

It seems it isn't the startup tips that is blocking the program from showing up on the task bar. It seems it needs to be clicked on once before it will show up on the task bar.
