Can't compile using files on different drives
If there are files on both C: and D: then the IDE will try and create an intermediate file of C:\MyProject\obj\Debug\D:\OtherSources\Code.o which will fail: it assumes all sources are on the same drive.

This bug is now fixed in HEAD.
