precompiled headers not erased on full rebuild

When I switched to the SVN 3960 build of Code::Blocks, my wx sample project wouldn't compile. It issued a warning of pch's compiled with old version of GCC, so I had to search for and delete the files manually,even when I had pressed CTRL-F11 to do a full rebuild.
