It can't recompile the files when i changed something.

When i delete a file from the project like a.cpp, then i add a new file like main.cpp to the project, then i recompile the file or run the application, it can't show the correct result. it run the last application again, not the execution of main.cpp.in the whole process, i don't edit any files and save any files.
