WinXP: Cannot display debug windows through toolbar dropdown
When I ask to show or hide a debug window via the Debugger toolbar option, nothing happens. However, it works when I go through the Debug menu.

This is a wx2.8.3 bug. It has been fixed in wx2.8.4 (currently in rc). So wait for the next release.
